Both through the website and the app no matter which payment method I attempt to use. I can now say that four different payment methods have been attempted, credit card and direct to bank via PayPal and two other credit cards directly without the use of PayPal. directing me to the chat which is what has lead here, and have submitted a report of the error using the Origin error reporter within the Origin software. I also opened case #117888276, but received a do not reply email from Kirtika R.
